Workato Projects Navigation Incident
Resolved - On May 06, 2026, between approximately 10:39 AM and 11:11 AM UTC, the Workato platform experienced a UI degradation. Customers may have encountered internal server errors when opening projects and folders. Salesforce Upload Action Failure
Resolved - After further monitoring, this issue is now considered resolved. Customers should no longer see Internal Errors when using the upload action. Failed jobs may be repeated as needed. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact Workato Support at https://support.workato.com.
