On September 1, 2025, between approximately 07:33 AM and 08:10 AM UTC, the Workato platform experienced a service degradation affecting job processing, the web interface, developer, and embedded API services. Customers may have observed job failures with "Internal Error" messages, job processing delays due to missing polls, errors in UI requests, and failures when starting recipes. Trigger events are still stored, and users may retry jobs if necessary.
All services have been restored to normal operation. Please contact Workato Support (https://support.workato.com) or your assigned CSM if you have any questions or require assistance regarding this incident.
