We will be conducting a scheduled maintenance window on our EU-based platform (https://app.eu.workato.com/) on Saturday, September 2nd, starting at 00:00 CEST, to perform a minor version upgrade of our production databases. The upgrade includes both security and bug-related fixes. We take the security and stability of our system seriously, and this maintenance is necessary to ensure optimal performance and security.

We encourage all users to take note of the following information and plan accordingly.

Maintenance Start: Sept 2nd, 00:00 CEST (Sept 1st, 22:00 UTC)
Maintenance End: Sept 2nd, 00:30 CEST (Sept 1st, 22:30 UTC)
Activity Duration: 30 minutes

Impact / Downtime: During the maintenance window, access to the WebUI will be unavailable, and users cannot log in for approximately 10 minutes while the systems are being updated.

All requests and jobs will be successfully received and processed throughout the maintenance window but may experience up to a 1-minute delay in processing.

Detailed summary per component:

* Workato WebUI (https://app.eu.workato.com/): The WebUI will display a maintenance page and will not allow logins for approximately 10 minutes

* API Platform: Requests will be delayed by less than 1 minute

* Job Processing: Jobs will be delayed by less than 1 minute

* Webhook Endpoint: Requests will be delayed by less than 1 minute

* Workbot: Jobs will be delayed by less than 1 minute

* Workato Developer API: Requests will respond with status 503

* Embedded for OEM: The WebUI will display a maintenance page and will not allow logins for approximately 10 minutes

* Pubsub: All jobs will continue to execute as normal, with a potential 1-minute delay

* Workato Apps: All requests will continue to execute as normal, with a potential 1-minute delay
